Hi – I'm Ellen! Welcome to my website. I'm an experienced senior creative manager, a diligent brand architect and guardian, extensive experience of managing design/creative teams, workload strategy, art direction, digital and web, UX/UI, overseeing budgets, annual marketing scheduling, data analysis, end-user fulfilment, client liaison, pitch decks to third parties, stakeholder responsibilities — and much more! 

Head of Creative | UX/UI

Brand Guardian – wrote and created the QS Brand Playbooks, and organised its global roll-out and training / Brand Architecture – restructured existing brand to four pillar thematic branding in Jan 2025 after acquisition of HolonIQ / Creative concepts for the four pillars and organising global creative communication / Rebranded B2B sector and oversaw global roll-out / Managed global team of Creatives in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, London and Columbia / Managed global UX/UI team in London and Bangalore – moving them from a technical to a more creative focus within Institutional Marketing, working with them on branding and visual communication / Member of the Global Product Launch Team for QS 360 / Creative concepts – web projects, web navigation, reports, all global social media, brochures, newsletters, e-shots, direct mails, conference and summit branding / Website creative, construction and backend (coding) liaison – redesigned qs.com / QS Conference and Summits – rebranded the 12 global annual conferences, and graphics
